Returns / Exchanges
Handmade or custom items
are not refundable unless damaged in
shipping
NOTE: All refund
and exchanges will be assessed a
20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not
refundable.
All store credits will expire one year from
the issue date. Please keep in mind that we
do not refund shipping charges. Our
apologies, but we do not accept COD returns.
Please be advised:
All returned merchandise must be in original
condition.
Any sale, personalized, custom, or
perishable orders will not be accepted for
return or exchange unless otherwise
specified.
For returns or exchanges, we suggest the
package is sent with insurance and delivery
confirmation for tracking purposes. All
shipping fees are the responsibility of the
customer.
NOTE: Item(s) must be in NEW, UNUSED
CONDITION.
IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING A PET CLOTHING ITEM,
IT MUST BE
COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY PET HAIR. If it is
otherwise we will not process the exchange.
If we find that the item or items are not
re-salable, we can ship them back to you at
your cost.
